
I need to Loose 20 Kilos, so yesterday my mother told me that she wants to give a biggest loser challenge .. if i loose 20 kilos in 3 months she will give me 500 KD if i keep if off for 3 months after that then she will give me 250 KD and for the rest of the year 250 KD.
I’m making a weekly schedule so i can record weight-loss and inches lost.
This will keep me motivated.

For Breakfast…
2 Fiber Rusk W/labneh Light (Today i Had Za3tar) & orange Juice
Lunch…
Salad & A piece of Fruit & Diet Coke
Dinner….
6 Tablespoons of rice + Veggies(Califlower Sun.- Squash Mon.)+ Chicken Breast
I drink tea with ginger after dinner
If i get hungry between meals ill have another piece of fruit.
NO SUGAR
NO CHOCOLATE
NO CHIPS
NOTHING!!!!
Only 1 Diet Coke A Day Till I can let go of it.
And after that I do 41 Mins of (Total Body Burn) From Hip-hop Abs.
I just found the work out video schedule that comes with the DVD’s I’m gonna be going by that from now on.
