Its about Fu**ing Time
For the past 3 years i have been having a weight problem…gaining and loosing weight throughout the years never staying constant never feeling good abot myself.
This time is different *I HOPE* i need to get moving, get motivated, and START!
there are like a a bazillion diets out there, and just as many pills… but i just want to wake up one morining and have the awesome bdy i dream about!
The best thing that worked for me was the Dr. Phil “Ultimate weight loss Challange” i bought the book, the cookbook and the food guide (Im gonna re-read them).
I need support and im gonna be keeping a Blog about the whole issue. Who wants to join me?
