My Diet has been going very well for about a month now. I havent fallen off the wagon however i kind of tipped over a bit and im getting back up Starting Sunday!
I have been logging on to glamour.com and Drphil.com for the message boards and tips and so on.. Since i am doing this alone i need extra support esp. when right now I’m staying at a constant weight and no pounds are falling… (Even if i eat less).
There are menus and meal plans that will help us working ladies *and guys*.
Today I made Mushroom Stroganoff
I’m still doing hiphop Abs and I’m LOVING IT! I’m gonna Start Walking 30 Min’s a day Starting today!
