I’m Fat
I’ve not only fallen off the wagon, my legs are attached to the wagon and I’m being dragged through HELL!
I have somehow managed to gain weight… not just some weight… EVERYTHING THAT I LOST L
I don’t know how I let this happen…
Because I watch what I eat and I always make sure not to overdo something… but I have stopped working out and I think that was a MAJOR factor…
I need help L

Yoga helps. I have lost weight in the past and I can say that Yoga helped me be more aware of my body and this actually helped me in following my diet and exercise regimen better.

I think exercising should be constant! That would help, I’m kind of stuck in the shape I’m in!

Get a personal trainer… You’ll be whipped… and have no choice!
