Not So—Happy Eid
I didn’t really screw up my diet at all i was careful and i made sure that i ate everything that was on the menu that the Dr. gave me ….however i forgot that friggin paper at work during the holiday
The Dr. was very strict about the dinner and i thought i had the thing memorised and i was having soup and salad for dinner every night .. It turns out I’m supposed to have a piece of fruit and salad or an egg and salad or some cheese and salad and NOTHING had anything to do with soup… I know I’m not supposed to but i weigh myself everyday and i lost half a kilo
I’m Really upset and my next weigh in is on Sat. I’m nervous

Everyone makes mistakes! don’t worry I have screwed up my diet so I bet the doc is going to be pissed! lol! But I will get back in line!

Diets aren’t easy, if they were no one would ever go on one because we’d all be eating the perfect diet to begin with.
Anyway, it’s a long term thing, if you lost everything over night it would be bad for you. Honestly, don’t worry. You’re on the right track and that’s all that matters, right?
