No More Soup….. Yipeeeeee!!!!!

I got there at 3:30 just so I could get it over with … I knew it was not gonna be good news…
She measured my stomach…. NO CHANGE AT ALL I didn’t even loose half of a cm. I felt like crap!!! And to make things worse I only lost a half a kilo :(
What’s up with the half kilo thing? Marzoog lost half a kilo too: S We need to get our buts into gear!!!!
Since Tuesday I have been having a lot of stomach pains and I haven’t been feeling well I’m sick of salads and even sicker of soup… I told the Dr. to save me for at least a week and he gave me a pretty good diet where I can have falafel for breakfast and even a little rice or macaroni for lunch… The dinner really sucks and there is a piece of fruit between all the meals and b4 I go to bed, but it should be ok since TANGERINES ARE IN SEASON!!!
And since I’m a girl and we sometimes need comfort chocolate
he allowed me to have half a candrel bar each day
They are actually pretty good.
The Dr. Did however warn me that if I didn’t loose weight this week it would be back to really hard menu.

As someone that doesn’t think about his weight (because I don’t want to, not because I don’t care) I think 1/2 a kilo is good. Lost weight is lost weight.
YAY for chocolate!!! You have to love a diet that has some candy in it! Keep up the good work, or it’ll be all soup soup soup….and some soup on the side!

I just think you need some exercise! Don’t worry it just takes some time! I’m aiming for a little more over the next couple of weeks!
meh … you’re probably retaining more water as a result of metabolic changes …. you should check fat percentage instead.
Just stop eating rice/macaroni! and replace bread/pastries with high fibers/ multi brown products.. cereal+milk+frutes for breakfast, Grilled meat/fish/chicken + Salad rich of celery/rocket/capsicum and orange/apple juice for lunch, coffee before dinner, very light dinner”multi brown or grilled/steamed vegetables”brocoli+carrot+hiltion”, would be a great choice for a dieter. and of course do your exercises regularly “walking is the best”. Go for dark chocolate/coffee when ever you feel hungry “Do your best not to feel hungry as fats are preserved in the body as a protection mechanism resulting from the feeling of hunger”.
and eventually you’ll get back to the good Ole days
