Chemical diet …To clean out my system
I went to the Dr. yesterday and guess what.???
I didn’t loose ANYTHING…. I’m stuck
What the hell Happened to My goal?

I told the Dr. I need to change my diet up and he recommended a detoxing chemical diet… that i have to follow for 7 days only.
I’m supposed to loose 4 Kilos from this Diet..
The Diet
Day 1 = Fruits ONLY for breakfast lunch and dinner (NO BANANAS- NO MANGO- NO DATES)
Day 2 = Veggies Only (raw or cooked) No beans of any kind
Day 3 = Fruits and Veggies
Day 4 = Breakfast:- 2eggs Lunch and dinner any find of seafood grilled or baked with salad
Day 5 = Breakfast:- 2 eggs Lunch and Dinner chicken or Met with salad
Day 6 = One Type of fruit ALL DAY except Dates and Mango
Day 7 = One type of fruit different from previous day except Dates and Bananas
During the day I’m allowed to have:-
lettuce and cucumbers all day —-I HATE THEM BOTH except in salad
Veggie soup if i get hungry between meals
Tea and coffee with no sugar
2 cans of diet soda
I hope this goes well

Ok, so you don’t like cucumber….but you should be able to do the rest no problem!
Kiwis, strawberries, grapes, plums….mmmmm granted I DID just top that with whipped cream in my head..but ignore that!
My most difficult problem to overcome has always been motivation. It’s easy to start dieting but to keep on it is another issue all together.
Thats tough! But lets see how it goes

Don’t remind me of dieting, I really screwed it up! lol
i tried this diet 2 years ago and it worked good. but the problem is once you eat normally the weight comes back. i think i will try it again and follow it with reasonable calory diet
