No WillPower

How can i get some willpower to keep the weight i lose OFFFFFF????
seriously i know that i messed up my diet but not to the extent that i regained all the weight that i lost
before my diet
I used to sneak chocolates and have like 4 candy bars in one hour i used to eat fast food 3 times a day…
I’m not like that anymore…and i have still gained weight UGHHHHHH
I’m so annoyed….and it pisses me off that every time i talk to my mom she looks at me with this frikkin annoying look that says you are FAT… she doesn’t say it but the look is frikkin annoying…it makes me snap at her like Whats Wrong???
Anyways this must end… help me help me!!!
The girls i work with are all health freaks and they are dieting to loose some weight before we all go to Dubai for our company workshop in Aug.
I’m back on the diet… i need to stay on till i loose the 20 kilos i need to loose are LOST…
i need some help.

What about working out a bit? walking 1 hour a day?
The best way is to consume less energy and use more.
I still think the whole raw food thing might help.
And exercise, of course.
I knew a girl that dropped a lot just by jumping on a little trampoline all the time. It doesn’t have to be boring.

You have to ask yourself why you want to lose weight? To look slim and sexy among your friends? To find nice clothes in smaller sizes? to attrack attention? to impress people? Or just to be healthy and fit?

I struggled with my weight in my teens until early twenties. And my mom gave me this same look. “Why aren’t you as beautiful as your sisters?” Look in her eyes.
Walk..walk…swimm…walk…walk…swimm…day off…that was my schedual when I first started…and I added weight lifting later on.. sometimes I join steps class or dancing just for fun..and instead of going to cafes and restaurants with friends we meet to play squash.
I still work hard to maintain my weight.
Weight training: light weights + lot of repetitions since you’re a woman.
Drink Coffee, helps fill your appetite and chew sugar-free gum whenever you’re craving sugar/a light bite at work.
Both work, trust me on this.
