So I have gained so much weight I think that I am at the heaviest I have ever been.

I don’t even want to share the number I am so sick of myself, and I am finally ready to make a change.

NO Chocolate

NO Candy

NO Junk Food

NO Carbs after 7 pm

what else should I do?

So….. Last night i went over to my brother’s place to hang out with my mom and sister-in-law …. and since we were gonna be hanging out I thought I would dye my hair while we were talking…

When i was done I went to the bathroom and cleaned the sink and wiped it down like 3 times I even took the towel that i used home with me so I could wash it for them.

At about 12:30 AM I get a message from my brother saying that I have a house of my own to do things like dye my hair …apparently I didn’t notice that some dripped on the wall and a bit got on a towel (I swear I didn’t see it i would have cleaned it up) I find that the message was very rude and harsh and there was no need for him to talk to me like that….

I’m gonna buy them a new towel…. I sent an apology and I just didn’t notice that it had dripped… I don’t know what else I can do I guess I can go and make sure that it’s cleaned …

My feelings are really hurt.

A friend of mine is hosting a biggest loser contest on her Facebook weight loss page.

I joined

The jackpot is at $550 USD

Contest Start Date:- Sept 26 2011

Contest End Date:- Dec 19 2011

I need to lose about 35 pounds ….sooooo……This is what i am hoping for.

I plan on doing a lot of what i used to do in Kuwait to increase my activity level during the day while at work like climb the stairs and park far away from work to walk a little more.

After work I will excercise with my husband … we go walking and we play tennis i think we will add going to the gym.

Cross ur fingers for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I Have been living here for one year and 3 months, and I have gained so much weight…. no matter what I try the weight does not come off… anything that I have ever tried in Kuwait DOES NOT WORK HERE!!!!!

The food is so different ….NOTHING is safe to buy unless you make sure to read that it is not filled with CRAP…One time I bought bread and took some to work and forgot it in my desk…. 4 months later….

IT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS FRESH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what the heck is up with that??????????

I joined a biggest loser online contest with a friend of mine… so I will be posting about it here….

I Lost half a kilo … Putting me at 3rd place for this week.

I have been screwing around a little with the diet but not bad enough to make me fall off the wagon.

This week The challenge is to lose at least one kilo or we will have to pay 2 KD .
