8 Weeks Starting today

I Have about 8 weeks  till I head back to Kuwait …. My Husband and I have set a Goal of 10 Kilos  to lose starting today till a few days before we leave .

We have decided that we will not but any new clothes for the trip till the last few days.

We will cut out fast food, desserts, snacks

We will cut down on late night dinners and CARBS

We will work out ….and that means running every day and i am going to do hip hop abs for 30 mins a day.

The menu for this week is as follows

1 slice bread + 1 Tbsp peanut butter + Tea

Breakfast: -

 2 Boiled Eggs+ Tea

1 Boiled Egg + 1 Cup Orange Juice + Tea

 1 Slice Cheese + 1 Slice Bread + Tea

 

Breakfast: -

7 Dates + Tea

 

Breakfast: - Free

 

Breakfast: - Cheese + Slice of Bread + Orange Juice

 

Lunch: -

1 cup Orange Juice + 1 Cup Low Fat Yogurt

 

Lunch: -

Rusk with 1 slice cheese + Tea

 

Lunch: -

Rusk + 1 Cup Fat Free Milk

 

Lunch: -

Fruits

 

Lunch: –

1 Slice Bread+ 3 Eggs

 

Lunch: -

Grilled Meat + Low Fat Yogurt

 

Dinner: -

 ½ Grilled Chicken + Green Salad + Steamed Veggies

Grilled Fish + Green Salad + 4 Spoons Rice

Grilled Meat + Salad + 4 Spoons Rice

 

 

Dinner: -

 1 Slice Bread + Yogurt

 

Dinner: -

Grilled Chicken + Salad + 4 Spoons Rice

Biggest Loser — 6th Weigh in

 

I Lost  half a kilo … Putting me at 3rd place for  this week.

I have been screwing around a little with the diet but not bad enough to make me fall off the wagon.

This week The challenge is to lose at least one kilo or we will have to pay 2 KD .

After 2 weeks of gaining weight and not loosing anything i finally I did it!!!!  I lost 2 kilos :D well heehe 1.8 I am the biggest loser for this week :) Check out the stats

 3 Weeks to go!!!    Im in 3rd place overall in the running…. I hope that i keep loosing from now till I see my boys :)   (My Finace Dec 23  and Backstreet Boys Dec 17)
